Broadwest, a striking mixed-use development, stands as a testament to our company’s construction prowess, completed within a 21-month schedule in 2020. This expansive development encompasses over 2,375,000 square feet of concrete slabs, forming the foundation for its diverse structures. The project boasts a 34-level condominium and hotel building, a 21-level office building, and a 4-level multi-use building. A notable feature of Broadwest is it’s extensive 7-level underground parking garage, extending over 70 feet below street level, accommodating the needs of all three buildings.
