Caterpillar Financial Headquarters Renovation

Charter Construction completed the structural concrete scope as part of an interior renovation at the CAT Financial headquarters in downtown Nashville. The project required the demolition and reconstruction of post-tensioned concrete slabs to create new openings for a monumental stair connecting the eighth and ninth floors. The team scanned for existing cables, detensioned and retensioned the system, and coordinated a detailed construction sequence with the design and contractor teams.
