The Nashville Yards Parcel 3, the future Pinnacle Financial Partners tower,  is set to be the tallest occupiable office building in Nashville (the Batman building is the tallest building, but is not fully occupiable.) Construction for this project started on February 14, 2022, with a completion target of the end of 2024.  It is an integral part of the 19-acre mix-use development in the heart of downtown that will offer Class A+ office, retail, entertainment, hospitality, and residential towers.  It’s the first in Nashville to employ 15,000 psi and 16,000 psi concrete.
