Charter Construction completed the structural cast-in-place concrete scope for Crestmoor at Green Hills, a 12-story retirement community development in one of Nashville’s most active urban neighborhoods. The project required more than 17,000 cubic yards of concrete, 1,100 tons of reinforcing steel, and 570,000 lbs of post-tension cable across a dense site footprint. The project also included a two-level underground garage. Charter’s team managed formwork, reinforcing, and concrete placement closely with the general contractor and other trades.
