West End Village

Charter Construction’s Restoration & Repair Division completed structural concrete repairs and protective deck improvements at West End Village, a multi-family residential property in Nashville. The project included repairing concrete cracks and spalls throughout the parking structure and installing a new traffic coating system to extend the life of the deck. Because the work occurred within an occupied residential building, the team developed a phased construction plan that allowed the garage to remain operational throughout the process.
