Astor Club & Residences

Astor Club & Residences is a new active adult community under construction within the Westhaven development in Franklin, Tennessee. Partnering with Choate Construction, Charter Construction delivered structural concrete work across three residential buildings and additional parking structures during the project’s initial phase.

Charter’s scope included retaining walls, slab-on-grade construction, elevated podium slabs, parking structures, and slab-on-metal deck systems across more than 300,000 square feet of development. The project utilized over 15,600 cubic yards of concrete, 887 tons of reinforcing steel, and more than 102,000 pounds of post-tension cable.

Despite complex logistics, concurrent building schedules, and leadership transitions in the field, Charter’s team maintained strong production and exceeded schedule expectations throughout the project.
