Aertson Midtown

The Aertson Midtown development at 21st Avenue and Broadway combines residential, hotel, retail, and parking components in a single high-density urban structure. Charter Construction delivered the concrete scope for the project, which included approximately 30,000 cubic yards of concrete. The building required complex elements such as sloping columns, transfer beams, and a concrete-framed trellis. Charter also executed 93 nighttime elevated slab pours to maintain the construction schedule while minimizing disruption to surrounding Midtown neighborhoods.
