In-N-Out Regional Headquarters

Charter Construction completed the turnkey structural concrete scope for the In-N-Out Eastern Territory Headquarters in Franklin, Tennessee. Working with Bell Construction, the team delivered foundations, basement walls, slab-on-grade, elevated slab-on-metal deck systems, and exterior concrete elements for the three-story office building. The project required approximately 3,800 cubic yards of concrete and 190 tons of reinforcing steel, with the majority of slabs remaining exposed as polished concrete—a requirement that demanded exceptional precision during placement.
