Fifth + Broadway is a large mixed-use development in downtown Nashville that includes a 34-story residential tower, a 24-story office tower, a multi-level retail structure, all on top of a 2-story underground garage. Charter Construction served as the concrete subcontractor, providing formwork, reinforcing, and concrete placement for the structures that combine for over 2.3 million SF of total area. The team placed approximately 97,000 cubic yards of concrete to complete the development’s structural frame. This work provided the structure for one of the most prominent developments in Nashville’s urban core.
