Centennial Medical Center Parman Parking Garage Improvements

Charter Construction performed a comprehensive concrete restoration program for the seven-story Parman Parking Garage serving Centennial Medical Center. Working with Robins & Morton and the design team, Charter repaired spandrel connections, cracks, spalled concrete, exposed reinforcing, and other areas of deterioration across the 270,000 square foot precast structure. The team conducted a detailed assessment of the garage before executing repairs using specialized techniques tailored to the existing system. In addition to repairing the existing precast concrete, Charter’s scope included the addition of new concrete foundations and shear walls within the existing structure.
