Broadwest

Broadwest is a large mixed-use development along West End Avenue that includes a 34-level hotel and condominium tower, a 21-level office building, and a mult-level flex building. Charter Construction constructed over 2.3 million square feet of concrete slabs within a 21-month schedule. The project also included a seven-level underground parking structure extending more than 70 feet below street level. Charter’s work was split between two general contractors for different components of the development, which added additional complexity to the project.
