Pinnacle Tower at Nashville Yards

Charter Construction delivered the full concrete scope for Pinnacle Tower at the Nashville Yards development, one of the largest high-rise projects in downtown Nashville. The project included five levels below grade and a 37-story tower constructed using approximately 85,000 cubic yards of concrete, 7,300 tons of reinforcing steel, and 1,400,000 lbs of post-tension cable. Charter self-performed the formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement while coordinating closely with the project team to maintain production on an aggressive schedule. The structure topped out ahead of schedule in early 2024.
