Fifth & Broadway

Fifth + Broadway, completed in 2021, is a landmark mixed-use development in Nashville’s downtown. It features a 24-story office tower, a 34-story residential building with 386 units, and over 239,000 square feet of retail and cultural space, including the National Museum of African American Music. This development, blending office, retail, residential, and hospitality spaces, has become a vibrant center for shopping, dining, and entertainment in Music City that feature prominent local and national names  such as Hattie B’s, Apple, Nike, and Sephora.
